Our Terms & Conditions
1. Warranties:
While Vehicle Import Consultants undertake at all times to represent vehicles as accurately as possible, we are however reliant upon third parties for such information, therefore we do not accept responsibility for the condition either mechanically, structurally or otherwise of any vehicle sourced through us. All vehicles are delivered on the basis of "all care but no responsibility".
2. Deposits:
Where a vehicle is being sourced to client order, a deposit equal to a minimum of 10 percent (10%) of the estimated landed cost is required. Such deposits are refundable only under the following conditions. (1) Where we are unable to locate a vehicle that meets your written 'request form' specifications. (2) Where we are unable to source a satisfactory vehicle within sixty days (or other agreed upon time frame) from date of receipt of your order. In all other circumstances refunds are strictly at the discretion of Vehicle Import Consultants.
3. Quotes:
We at all times attempt to be accurate with quoted prices, however there are times when matters beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, changes in shipping costs, additional cost incurred due to MAF or NZ Customs requirements etc., may cause the actual price to differ from that which was quoted, in such cases Vehicle Import Consultants will not be liable to make good such discrepancies.
